As the sun peeks over the Appalachian mountains, another day begins at NexAir Home Services. Like many of our dedicated team members, I arrive early at our shop, ready to serve our beloved West Virginia communities with the highest quality HVAC services.
6:30 AM – Daily Briefing
Our morning starts with a team huddle. Being a family-owned and veteran-owned business means we treat each other like family, sharing stories and preparing for the day ahead. We review our service calls, ensure our trucks are fully stocked, and double-check our safety equipment.
On the Road
By 7:30 AM, we’re heading out to our first calls across the Tri-State area. There’s something special about serving the communities where we were born and raised. Each home we visit isn’t just another stop – it’s a neighbor who needs our help.
Throughout the Day
Our typical day includes:
– Performing preventive maintenance checks
