Rise and Shine: The Early Bird Gets the Roof
As a Certified Roof Inspector at DJ Hall Roofing & Siding LLC, my day starts bright and early. By 6:30 AM, I’m already sipping my coffee and reviewing the day’s schedule. Our commitment to quality means we’re often the first on the scene and the last to leave.
Morning Hustle: Gear Up and Roll Out
7:00 AM: I load up the company truck with all the necessary equipment:
- Safety harnesses
- Inspection tools
- Tablet for documentation
- Emergency repair materials
By 7:30 AM, I’m on the road to our first job site of the day.
On the Job: Eyes on the Prize (and the Shingles)
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: The morning is typically spent conducting thorough roof inspections. As a Certified Roof Inspector, I meticulously examine every inch of the roof, looking for:
- Signs of water damage
- Loose or missing shingles
- Structural issues
- Potential problem areas
Each inspection is an opportunity to showcase DJ Hall Roofing & Siding’s expertise and build trust with our clients.
Lunch Break: Refuel and Recharge
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: A quick lunch break allows me to catch up on emails and prepare for the afternoon’s tasks.
Afternoon Action: Repairs and Reports
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: The afternoon is often dedicated to addressing issues identified during morning inspections. This might involve:
- Performing minor repairs
- Coordinating with the Roof Repair Com team for larger jobs
- Preparing detailed reports for clients
- Consulting with homeowners about their roofing options
Wrapping Up: The Last Shingle of the Day
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: As the day winds down, I ensure all paperwork is complete and the truck is restocked for tomorrow. Before heading home, I often touch base with the office to discuss the day’s findings and plan for upcoming projects.
Working at DJ Hall Roofing & Siding LLC isn’t just about fixing roofs – it’s about building relationships and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to demonstrate why we’re the trusted experts in roofing and siding.
